I successfully represent domestic and multinational corporations, partnerships and high wealth individuals before the IRS Examination and Appeals Divisions using both traditional and alternative dispute resolution techniques (including Fast Track Settlement and Post-Appeals Mediation). I obtain private letter rulings from the IRS National Office, including 9100 relief requests for missed elections. I assist with penalty abatements and refunds, resolve IRS account issues, and support clients with voluntary disclosures of inadvertent income, withholding and payroll tax compliance errors. I regularly speak on IRS enforcement trends, the centralized partnership audit regime and its impact on pass-through entities and investors, international information reporting penalties and voluntary disclosures of inadvertent tax compliance matters and other tax dispute resolution topics. I also serve as a local and national instructor for industry specific training events.I am actively involved in inclusion and diversity initiatives and currently serve on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey Women's Network to Network Consortium and am Co-Chair of the Women of EisnerAmper, New Jersey Chapter.
