I am passionate about education, public health issues and social justice. I love to use my experience in educational administration, social services, project Management and psychological Assessment to help create a positive learning environment for children, youth and adults. My goal is to work with children to develop healthy mental/emotional lives through education and self-efficacy. I have attained many merits through the experiences I have been provided ranging from research programs to running a licensed childcare academy. I hold an active first-aid and CPR certification from infancy through adulthood. I have driven enrollments and maintained business operations even during the most difficult times in the pandemic. I maintained 99% staff and family retention even during inflation.
