Customer support in Export markets, EMEAManaging distributor customers in EMEA markets from order confirmation through to shipment and delivery.Liaising with key departments such as Sales (sales agreements, pricing), Warehouse/3PL (prioritising orders, shipping instructions), Supply Chain (order release and availability), Accounts Receivable, Trade Compliance and Master Data.Issuing specific export documentation (certificates of origin, certificates of sterility, DA59, etc.) and ensuring on-time distribution in line with customer requirements and/or payment terms.Ensuring all customer queries (on orders, stock, dispatch, invoices, credit notes, export documentation) are handled appropriately.Working closely with internal and external customers to build and maintain customer loyalty. Intercompany billing and internal order replenishments (goods receipt, delivery creation and shipping invoice).Liaising with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure stock availability to fulfil orders and achieve revenue targets.Tailoring solutions to customer needs. Taking full ownership of all customer issues/complaints until resolution, including corrective and preventive actions.Continuously working to identify and implement process improvements.Compliance: Enforcing new and existing company policies to internal and external customers.Adhering to and maintaining standard operating procedures.Participating in internal and external Quality audits.Keeping up-to-date with process and product changes via online Learning Management System, in class training and external courses.
