• As Manager of Donor Relations: Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward a robust, high-level portfolio of more than 100 individual and corporate donors as well as prospects for major gifts, including legacy giving, at Georgia’s largest public, safety-net hospital, which is dedicated to providing access to quality healthcare for all regardless of financial circumstances; develop customized strategies for each prospect and donor, aligning donor's philanthropic passions with the strategic needs of the organization.

• As Manager of Fundraising Programs: Created Annual Giving Program by cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors and prospects through segmented appeal and stewardship outreach efforts, including an annual Impact Report, highlighting how donors’ generous support and contributions enhanced the lives of patients and the community.

• Created and managed Alumni Relations and Annual Giving Program by building strong relationships with alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents, friends and prospective donors through various engagement and philanthropic opportunities, increasing donations by 20%.

• Explained engagement opportunities to present the case for philanthropic support; proposed and spearheaded clean-up of alumni database, resulting in 45,000 updated records out of 80,000 constituents; served as Chair for Goal 3 of FIT’s Strategic Plan: “Our Legacy, Our Future: FIT Beyond 2020,” developed and presented future strategy clearly to college leadership.

• Built relationships with alumni, prospective donors, parents, students and friends through various events and activities; organized alumni events, including annual reunions, networking activities and a “Faculty on the Road” Program; built donor pipeline and audiences; broadened outreach efforts.
