I have enjoyed many years as a RN Case Manager in the acute inpatient hospital setting. I enjoy the patient/family interactions as well as working with physicians and discharge resources and networks to provide the optimal, safest and most cost effective discharge plan. During my years in nursing I have had opportunity's in marketing, utilization review, intake coordination, as well as school nursing in the elementary setting. I have found that my knowledge combining my Bachelors Degree in Business focusing on Economics as well as being a RN has allowed me to become an efficient, organized, detailed, and analytical RN Case Manager.My compassion and advocacy for the patient and family has rewarded me many years as a RN Case Manager.
