Responsible for giving an strategic dimension to the HHRR function and align the Professional Development policies to the Institutional aims.Main functions:Define and implement Training and Human Capital Development policies and programsDesign and implement Career Plans based on performance evaluation system (competence objectives and skills).Supervise all the aspects of safety and work health.Ensure compliance with the Equality Plan Negotiating with the Works Council Conduct performance reviews with all the Department managers Ensure the smooth running of the department and the quality of service to all Research Groups and VHIR employee’, developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphazises quality, continuous improvement, team-work, and high performance.

Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service and delivering a local HR strategy, in order to carry out business objectives and support the growth of ICA in Catalonia. Reporting directly to the local CEO and 4 people in charge, my main responsibilities include:- Managing and supervising all processes related to the HR Dpt: Recruiting, Selection, Development and Training Departments (including job analysis, job descriptions, interviews, performance analysis...). - Responsible for diagnosing, development and learning needs for assigned functions and working within the HR model to create and implement solutions. - Communicating and advise to all employees on business policies, initiatives and processes. - Facilitating organisational change, advising on department structures, job descriptions, systems, processes, succession plans which align to overall corporate objectives.- Following the environmental and employment law- Managing programs oriented towards work life balance and healthy habits in employees.

Reporting to the Local HR Director, my tasks include:- Managing the recruiting processes, interviewing candidates (expert in IT profiles), achieving a growth of the 80% of the staff in the East Zone. - Designing and implementing the “Plans of Improvement of selection and development of profiles” project. to the responsible of HHRR Department.
