Working MAMA is a group coaching program for high-achieving working mothers. It's goal is to support working moms in their success and satisfaction at work and at home. Working MAMA co-founders (myself and Meredith Persily Lamel), designed the six-month program, lead coaching groups, and offer workshops/public speaking on Working MAMA-inspired topics.

I am the sole owner of a coaching and consulting firm. Coaching clients include organizational leaders who seek coaching to develop professionally and enhance their success as well as women in "work" transition. In addition to coaching, I continue my HR consulting work. Engagements involve designing training workshops and curricula focused on leadership development and employee life cycle issues (recruitment, performance, retention, engagement), facilitating meetings of leaders seeking to build capacity of teams and organizational culture .

I began my tenure as a facilitator, in a substitute capacity, in Summer 2013 and will be the facilitator for three new groups launching in January 2014.

I worked at Covance for over 11 years. In my most recent position, for over four years, I managed numerous employee and leadership development programs:-designed/championed Covance’s global mentoring program. with over 125 global mentoring pairs currently participating-led the design of Covance’s diversity training curriculum and am an active member of its Global Diversity Council-integrally involved in the company’s leadership development initiatives including the design of a mid-manager development program, succession planning and IDP monitoring for senior staff, delivery of 360 feedback results, & execution of annual unit-based leadership development conferences-responsible for design of Covance’s induction program-championed the organization’s “Compelling Offer” ambassador group that spearheads culture building activities throughout the company. -certified to deliver numerous “soft skill” training programs.

I was chiefly responsible for the coordination/execution of the training activities for a non-profit child/adolescent advoacy organization. My work primarily involved working with youth workers nationwide in developing their skills to work effectively with/on behalf of disenfranchised youth. My areas of expertise included HIV/AIDs prevention education, peer education, and diversity.
