With over ten years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled facilitator and manager who believes in the power of dialogue and education to create social change. I have a Master's degree in International Economics, and I use my knowledge and insights to design and deliver tailored training sessions and programs for clients with diverse teams committed to reducing the opportunity gap in their organization. As the Manager of Ethos International, I am also responsible for building the Ethos outpost abroad, with a special focus on Europe. In addition to my role at Ethos Talent, I am also the founder of Speaking Justice LLC, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy, coaching, and dialogue facilitation service. I help organizations in rural areas create and strengthen a culture of dialogue on difficult issues like race, and I offer educational programs, workshops, and presentations for staff and leadership to learn to engage in constructive conversations.
