With over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, I have developed a deep passion for sales, marketing, business strategy, branding, revenue maximisation and workplace happiness. In my role I oversee all sales and marketing functions for three wonderful properties, where I focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility. My role allows me to craft innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with travellers and showcase the unique qualities of each property.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I am actively involved in both Dingle Peninsula Tourism Alliance and Kerry Tourism Industry Federation marketing sub-committees that contribute to local tourism marketing plans. I also sit on the committee for the Dingle Peninsula Failte Ireland VEDP. This involvement keeps me connected with the broader tourism community and enables me to collaborate on strategies that benefit the region as a whole. I am dedicated to fostering strong relationships with local tourism communities and industry partners, always aiming to stay ahead of trends and leverage new technologies to boost hotel performance.My approach to leadership emphasises teamwork and workplace happiness, ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional experiences every time they stay with us and that our team take pride in their role in this.
