In 2016, Western Digital has acquired multiple companies (SanDisk, HGST) with intranet sites and vast volume of employee-facing content. I am proud to announce that I was the PM to help in their successful intranet integration project which migrated employee-facing content and consolidate all legacy intranet sites to a single Social business platform ( Jive-Aurea software ) from all the acquired companies.

Directed several enterprise large projects for Global Sales, HR, Finance, and Product Research & Development teams.• Led European IT team in Amsterdam to implement a multi-million ERP project including HR (PeopleSoft) and Financial (Oracle) applications reducing $1MM maintenance cost of previous applications.• Established a Portfolio management intake process to prioritize business requests to IT to ensure that resources were working on the projects aligned to company’s strategy.• Spearheaded vendor selection of ERP systems through RFI/RFP process to obtain $10MM funding and performed ongoing oversight of vendors.
