Multiple projects for the Canadian Cancer Society, BC & Yukon Division including:Successful deployment of new hospitality management system for Kordyban Lodge, Prince George including configuration, on-site staff training, creation and deployment of user facing support documentation and post-implementation support including help desk activities.Participation in redesign of Financial Aid program including technical linkages between Lodge Management System, GL and Financial Support Database. Deliverables included development of technical reports and extracts, design and documentation of process between source system, intermediate system (GL) and receiving system (database); creation and deployment of user facing and technical support documentation and user and technical support training.Successful design and implementation of project addressing issues pertaining to data process flows for specific financial data, including development and deployment of the solution, to enable timely revenue reporting. The solution involved electronic transfer of data from multiple regional offices to a central office in Vancouver, evaluation and transformation of the data to be uploaded into the financial system to enable timely reporting. The solution entailed using programming tools, such as VBA programming, to enable smoother and more efficient processing. This project used GP Dynamics 9.0 as the target financial system.

Contracted to the BC branch of a National Charity as primary resource to implement new Purchasing Policy to organization. This role was responsible for the configuration, business process design, user and technical facing documentation, deployment and post-implementation support of the Purchasing Process to 7 regional offices within British Columbia and the Yukon. Also responsible for development and delivery of user training in all regional offices and the central administrative office in Vancouver. Training was delivered by combination of in-house training (involving travel to offices outside of Vancouver) and Webex- based training delivered via the Internet. Training included both policy and purchasing system components. User documentation delivered included technical and end user documentation, including user guides, manuals and technical information. User documentation was deployed to the provincial charities Intranet site.

-Version 4.6C support for Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules of SAP enterprise system.-FI/CO Team Lead; management of OSS note and upgrade application for FI/CO/SD; primary resource for SAP disaster recovery plan for FI/CO/SD.-Finance department representative for SAP processes-Security Administrator for FI/CO/SD.-Responsible for evaluation and development of SAP solutions in response to new business processes or changes in business environment, including interface solutions technical specification, documentation and implementation.-Primary resource for evaluation, selection and implementation of replacement accounting software for corporate entities migrating from SAP to other accounting application. -With implementation partner, migration to Great Plains v. 7.5 from SAP for 3 operating and 11 legal companies. Included AR, AP, GL, Purchase Management, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation. Primary resource in rewriting SAP legacy AR and AP interfaces to function with GP v. 7.5.
