Import and export processes of failure field samples to other Motorola or partner companies. Support on exchange of information between Motorola Authorized Service Centers and LA RAE. Planning of Seed stock and prototypes for engineering sampling activities. Cycle time measurements. Participation, support and implementation of projects for improvements. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools.
