I am a Consultant with OXYGY Consulting. Through my consulting career I have gained experience working with clients across multiple industries, in particular Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer, and Tech. I have a particular interest in bringing clarity and structure to multi-faceted problems, enabling clients to reach creative, practical, sustainable solutions. Through both my academic background and my career, I have worked in top-class interdisciplinary and multi-cultural research and working environments. My consulting work focuses on facilitating cross-disciplinary collaborations to tackle novel business and technical challenges. My areas of expertise range from change and project management, and sustainability strategy and innovation, to capability building and digital transformation. Prior to joining OXYGY, I worked in the Pharmaceutical industry as a research chemist with a startup drug development company. Through this I gained valuable insights into the industry and honed my ability to approach challenges with curiosity and an analytical mindset. Outside of my career, I have pursued a range of other interests to an advanced level. Through these I have demonstrated many important skills, including: discipline, perseverance, determination, working under pressure, and public performance experience. I am an experienced classical ballet dancer, qualified to Grade 8 in Royal Academy of Dance, and have been a member of a semi-professional ballet company. In music, I am qualified to Grade 8 in Royal Irish Academy of Music piano exams. I have also played secondary school and club hockey.
