About Miriam Nelson

I care most about unleashing the potential of people. As a Ph.D. Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and leader in Korn Ferry's Assessment and Succession practice, I lead global leadership assessment and development programs, assess and coach senior executives, and am currently working to innovate Korn Ferry's digital simulation approach. I spend most of my time with consumer and financial services organizations and leaders. I believe in the power of listening. Over the course of 15 years at Aon, I founded, built and ultimately spun off a practice dedicated to listening to millions of customer service calls. This involved having over 60 assessors listen to and evaluate service behaviors, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. By scaling this operation, I learned of the value that careful, objective, and insightful listening can bring.
