Als hoofd netwerkonderzoek bij La Red houd ik me bezig met productontwikkeling om complexe sociale netwerken te analyseren en visualiseren en netwerkwetenschap te gebruiken om onze klanten te helpen het maximale uit hun sociale kapitaal te halen. Ook werk ik als consultant aan de vele projecten die we oppakken, zoals lobby, public affairs, business development en strategische HR. We gebruiken technieken als SNA (sociale netwerkanalyse), ONA (organisatorische netwerkanalyse) en een van mijn favoriete 'in elkaar grijpende directoraten' om de juiste toegangspunten en de hubs, sprinters en makelaars in netwerken die rond specifieke onderwerpen of organisaties evolueren, te lokaliseren. Bij La Red ben ik ook verantwoordelijk voor de competentie en opleiding van onze trainers, coaches en consultants.

The platform watches over the touristic core values Orange, Delft Blue, Vermeer and strives for innovation and revenue in the (existing) touristic attractions concerning science, technique and innovation. The platform works goal specific to foster national and international tourism.We realised a Vision on tourism till 2030, evolved to a broader goal, including visitors from our own city and those that don't spend the night, started with a more inclusive approach ealising toilet accessibility for everyone.

Acting as wing woman for the general manager (my sister) of this fast growing e-commerce company. Knotten provides for a hobby by providing clients with wool and accessories. In this period I realised (amongst others) the implementation of a new HR system Humanwave, laid down the basis for HR-policy, new functions and job titles (CollectiBOL, DependaBOL, ShopiBOL and more), harmonised salaries and fringe benefits; the preparation (and negotiations) for moving from five different locations to one of 425m2 in Delft; implementation of a new accounting system; implementing procedures and governance structure and learning all there is about wool.
