Yet, after 10+ years in corporate roles and having lived in five different countries, I saw my skills could make an impact.So, in late 2021, we formally launched Thinking Luxury. What started as a side gig is now a company helping businesses elevate their Customer Experience, with empathy and emotional intelligence at the core. Our mission is to equip global brands to make each client interaction unforgettable.Since then, we’ve partnered with clients in Andorra, Spain, France, UK, Switzerland, Mexico, Rwanda, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, showing CX’s real impact.As a mother of two girls, I strive to lead by example—pursuing my dreams while staying true to my family.
