I am a crisis communications and media relations specialist with over 25 years’ experience, including on some of the highest-profile events in recent decades.I have specific expertise in criminal justice, education and safeguarding, with experience gained at New Scotland Yard, the National Crime Agency, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre and a wide range of other organisations and companies. Current and previous work includes advising the independent public inquiry into the Grenfell Tower fire, providing communications support for London's emergency response to the Covid-19 pandemic, strategic communications for the National Police Chief's Council's specialist capabilities programme and – further back – handling media relations following the murder of Stephen Lawrence, the Paddington Rail Crash and the London nail bombs. Public and private sector clients include many leading day and boarding schools, universities, private companies and charities, for whom I provide support and advice.
