Professionally, I created one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in Alabama, taking it from a startup with 3 employees to 18 full-time employees and 100+ clients of various sizes and industries. The agency received numerous accolades under my leadership including BBJ Fast Track 30, Small Business Awards, and Best Places to Work. I am also a digital marketing consultant and trainer to a variety of B2B and B2C companies. Professional recognitions include Entrepreneurs Spotlight (2016), BBJ’s Women To Watch (2017), Bizwomen Mentoring Monday Mentor (2019), and speaking at numerous events and webinars.Academically, I have carried out my calling to improve the lives of others by using my experience to teach marketing at the undergraduate level, first as an Adjunct Professor at Samford University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and now as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at UAB. I have a Ph.D. in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of South Alabama (USA).
