I have 10 years of experience coaching individuals, families and companies to transform their inner systems. All of my approaches follow the “inside out” concept. My work does not focus on any particular method. I care about human interactions and how people interact with one another.My coaching focus is on families and teams for software engineering. For example, a software team needs a scrum master or, as in the classic family, a “mother” who recognizes, feels and stabilizes interpersonal relationships. Without someone with the right emphatic skills, the team won't work efficently.My main driver is my interest in “How does human & human society work?”. Each coaching method has its own contribution to our lives. New methods inspire me and give me new impulses for my own life.I look forward to enable more people to transform their systems of life.
