About Miriam Smit-Vuijk

Nice to meet you! I'm an energetic professional with more than 20 years of experience in (international) change and leadership development. My passion is to help leadership teams grow their business by growing as leaders. This requires commitment and alignment from the MT, HR & Communication; a balanced focus on the business side of change as well as the people side of change; strong cross-functional collaboration. Three elements which I focus on to create a solid foundation for growth.I use my skills as a certified PCM coach and trainer (Process Communication Model) to facilitate the process, strengthen personal skills and bring teams closer together.
