Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing all components of the visit experience for prospective students, families, and educational partners. Develop and lead a comprehensive plan to deliver a cohesive visit experience for prospective families to promote the breadth and excellence of the undergraduate experience at Penn. This includes all interactions related to the campus visit including in-person, virtual, phone, print, mobile phone apps and current student engagement. Liaise and collaborate with members of the Penn community, including Facilities and Business Services, the undergraduate and specialized programs, to offer year-round programming that meets the specialized visitor needs. As a member of the Marketing and Communications (M&C) team supervise two staff members and student workers.Responsible to identify, recruit, evaluate and yield candidates to Penn's four undergraduate schools: the College of Arts and Sciences, Penn Engineering, Penn Nursing and The Wharton School.
