I'm PRINCE2 practitioner and APM PFQ qualified project manager now approaching my sixth year in the railway. I've been lucky enough to work on wide range of projects, events, and initiatives from when I started as a graduate in 2018, through my time in sponsorship and within my current secondment into Signalling Operations as a Project Manager. My personal highlights (amongst many) include sponsoring a substation at Canton depot, the footbridge at Newport Station, Hereford Transport hub initial work and working on the safety work stream of the core valley lines divestment in 2019-2020. I also enjoyed volunteering during the centenary of the flying Scotsman at Cardiff and Newport Station. Ninian Park autotransformer feeder station: • Accelerated the project delivery to fit with business needs for the client and considering the various tradeoffs required, such as increased costs against other financial pressures, feasibility and how to achieve the desired benefits in the restricted timescales. Collaborated across organisations for potential solutions and collectively agreed an approach with the buy-in of all necessary parties. • Managed integration of project into wider portfolio across the Canton scope to ensure identification and resolution of conflicting work.

Leading on and Supporting several key infrastructure projects including Metro Area station improvement works, the Ninian Park autotransformer feeder station, track and station enhancements in Penarth and depot enhancements in Holyhead.
