The DSA team at Deakin wanted to be sure their web pages - newly migrated to a Squiz Matrix platform - were optimised for user experience. They wanted help with understanding how to measure the success of their pages, how to optimise navigation and design within Deakin University visual guidelines and how to achieve WCAG AA level accessibility for all their content. I completed a usage report and a content and accessibility review of 180 DSA pages. To assist authors on the team, I created a customised accessibility checklist, and how-to information on the team wiki, to be used for reference and continual improvement.

Some projects were able to be planned, and others were done with little planning. A role that complemented my preference for having many balls in the air. No boredom here!
