Current Drove the implementation of hazards identification awareness campaigns and strategy to promote acceptable HSE culture among the personnel working within the facility. Supported the implementation of HSE tools and techniques and reduced personnel safety risks to as low as reasonable practices (ALARP), preventing harm to personnel. Drove the implementation of behavioural safety tools (TBT, Dynamic Risk Assessment, Pause for Safety etc.) to improve overall safety culture among all contractors on front line activities within respective areas. Facilitated the provision, maintenance and verification of all HSE critical equipment, i.e. fire protection equipment, first aid boxes etc. Performed regular facility inspections on plant/construction sites and produce reports/recommendations to management. Conducted evacuation/fire drills, fumigation exercise. Liaised with sub-contractors who serviced the units and benchmarked for suitable HSE equipment i.e. personal protective equipment, safety signs, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes etc. Supported the turnaround team in carrying PSSR in the train before the final rundown. Supported the implementation of integration of safe system of work (JHA, TBT, CSE, Unsafe Acts Auditing etc.) in activities sites to entrench best practice HSE culture and prevent major accidents. Enforced compliance of HSE standards within the office and construction sites. Conducted safety induction for new employees and ensured regular safety meetings for sites Supported departments in providing required HSE oversight during the execution phase of all activities.
