The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the official ecolabel in the Nordics, established by the government to provide consumers and purchasers with reliable environmental information. It helps companies and consumers to make sustainable choices without having to be an expert on climate and the environment themselves.I am employed as Licensing Manager, where I am the department manager for a team of 15 environmental advisers who work with environmental certification of goods and services. We will ensure an efficient and structured certification process through digitization and a close collaboration with customers and colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. I also sit in the management group.

I have been employed as a research fellow at Østfold University College. In collaboration with Aarhus University, I have researched green and circular business models. I have always been interested in business development and especially profitable sustainable and circular business models - both from an academic and practical perspective. I participated in the Interreg project Greenbizz.

Brynild Gruppen is a family-owned business in Fredrikstad with roots dating back to 1895 and is Norway's only chocolate, confectionery and nut factory under one roof. They have well-known brands such as Den Lille Nøttefabrikken, Dent, Brynild, Minde Sjokolade and St. Michael, and are distributors for NIVEA and Bazooka Candy Brands.I was also a packaging developer with material knowledge of plastic, laminate, barriers, corrugated cardboard, cardboard, labels on F-pk and D-pk. I had a big focus on sustainability, circular economy, packaging optimization, design for recycling and the use of recycled inputs. I was up-to-date on legislation and guidelines for Norway, Sweden and EU directives, and participated in the Circular Packaging Cluster, and at the Plastløftet organized by Green Point Norway. I helped develop Brynild's packaging strategy. I led an interdisciplinary packaging team, and was project manager for changing suppliers and setting up new processes in production and SAP.

Europris is Norway’s larges discount variety retailer with head office in Fredrikstad, central warehouse in Moss and over 260 stores in Norway by 2023. Europris was listed on the stock exchange in 2015.As Business Controller Supply Chain, I was employed under the purchasing director, and was the project manager for implementing a comprehensive forecasting and supply system for retail and wholesale links (RELEX). Furthermore, I was project manager for implementing a messaging service for follow-up of incoming goods flow with car and container transport from Europe and Asia. I developed BI reports (data warehouse) for analysis and monitoring.

As Manager Logistics Improvements, I was employed under the Director of Logistics, and was the project manager for implementing a warehouse management system/WMS (ASTRO) for the central warehouse. I was also project manager on a building project to expand the central warehouse with a new outbound square, and I led a building application process with an impact assessment for a new automatic high-bay storage.

Orkla is a leading industrial investment company with 12 portfolio companies in 2023. Orkla IT supports the companies with support and implementation of new technology and digitalization.I worked as a senior SAP consultant with professional responsibility for the MM (material management) module with purchasing, logistics and financial transactions and processes. I was sub-project manager for the implementation of SAP at Orkla companies, was project manager for the introduction of electronic invoice handling and worked with 2nd line support.

Lilleborg dagligvare (now Orkla Home & Personal Care) is the Nordic region's leading – and Norway's largest – supplier of detergents and personal care products, and among the first in Norway to invest in systematic brand building. The roots go back to Lilleborg's factory by Akerselva in 1833. Well-known brands are Zalo, Blenda, Jif, Define, Solidox, Dr Greve and Lano and others.As a Logistics Coordinator, I was responsible for operational purchasing and logistics, call offs, transport planning and supplier follow-up. I did improvement work, LEAN, TPM and 5S. In addition, for a period I had the role of Production Planner with daily and weekly production planning in SAP, and I collaborated with Unilever.
