CurrentLead, support and direct the Technical Support team in the resolution and escalation of tickets (bugs and support tickets) created by customers regarding the performance of the platforms (web+mobile).Manage, organise and lead the Delivery team in the creation and technical configuration of customers on the system, subsequent updates, finding solutions and connecting third parties.Both leaderships are based on the knowledge of the product, the creation and updating of a good base documentation, a clear internal communication between departments and a constant contribution of a good communication with the customers; and, of course, a good motivation and supervision of the teams.
