Responsible for ensuring the introduction and establishment of a new national digitized train management system towards the maintenance organization as well as associated new ways of working with an impact of about 800 users in the operational organization.Initially, I streamlined the existing project structure by creating a clear target and a team adapted to achieve project goals. Subsequently, I have integrated two additional projects for a more effective control and follow-up . Which means an increased responsibility that involve securing the IT environment as well as the integration of national plant data for ensuring the commissioning of the new national train management system.In parallel, I lead and develop the Agila transformation in the department.I also work in a team where we run the department's long time target work. We produce the department's transformation map towards 2030 where we break down the long-term strategic target and link it to the tactical as well as operational level with the aim of realizing our long-term department goals.In addition to my role as main project manager, I am a member of the unit's management team and contribute with my experience in building the department's PMO.

Full time working with independant stock trading: Day/Swing trading, preferably using various TA techniques.This work include extensively researching the technical and fundamental conditions of the Swedish stock market and macroeconomics on daily basis to be able to make trade decisions. It also include engaging in rapid decision making on an ongoing basis in order to maximize profit while minimize losses. My job was independent, but I also cooperated closely with other professional traders to collaborate ideas and trading strategies.

During these years, I mainly managed HW R&D System projects, developing the firts multi-standard digital unit. Budget varied between 8 - 30 MSEK / project.A large part of my initial tasks these years included introducing flow optimized and Lean WoW.Predevelopment Program Manager. I set-up and managed a Program within the HW R&D organization in co-operation with Research and Supply organizations. This role included supplier negotiations worldwide and evaluation of new technologies.In addition, I also volunteer within Ericsson SCR (Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility) Organization by participating the Ericsson Response program. Their main task is to together with UN Nations WFP and other NGO’s offer Telecom/Internet communication solutions to health workers in disaster areas globally. I volunteered outside my every-day job as a Project Manager in a project working with the Ebola Outbreak 2014.

Different projects over the years with budget between 12 - 20 MSEK/project.Within this time period Agile/Lean was first introduced at Ericsson and I was fortunate to work with one of the first high-profile product developing projects introducing these new ways of working. I therefor was part of driving the implementation of Agile WoW in the SW part of the organization (3G) and in parallel running the HW part (RBS Digital Unit) of the project in traditional Waterfall process.
