I am an enthusiastic and optimistic person with a deep motivation for a healthy and sustainable environment and well-being of people. Whereas the first originates from my technical education/experience and my curiosity as a child, the other has its background in a deep inner belief and a social engagement. My passion for water was born out of the topicality of water and its intertwining quality with other components, such as; soil, atmosphere, human, chemistry and ecology. I have been lucky to receive years of experience from high quality teachers at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. This unique education taught me: system-thinking, fieldwork, catchment hydrology, hydro-geochemistry and groundwater hydraulics.Between my Bachelor study Physical Geography and Master Hydrology I have been traveling and focussing on yoga and meditation. In 2009-2010 I was trained to be a yoga teacher and have taught classes and have had coaching sessions since. My interest in the more technical and social/spiritual world fairly complement each other. My passion is to understand the world around me and to contribute to a world that is best for all stake holders. I believe that for a healthy earth, its components should naturally be thriving and as well be a benefit for human life. My specialties are:- positive driven personality- system thinking- quick insight in processes/ human motives- a drive for a healthy, sustainable and profitable environment- communication- keen learnerI get energy from working with positive thinking personalities, working at solutions for a better environment (whether that is for economics, nature, humans, ecology etc.), system thinking and delivering work of use with an integral perspective.
