About Mirjam Van Olst

I have the honor of leading the Rapid Circle Netherlands business and team.We are helping our clients to achieve what's next by supporting them in their Digital Transformation journey through digital workplace, collaboration, and data & AI platforms based on Microsoft cloud technologies. I'm incredibly proud of our teams and draw inspiration from their positive energy, entrepreneurial spirit and growth every day. We're not just passionate about technology and digital transformation, but also about diversity of all kinds. Personally, I actively support girls and young women through mentoring and coaching and by showing them the possibilities of a career in technology. I was fortunate to have a strong role model -my mom was a developer at IBM more than 40 years ago- and I want to set a positive example for the next generation of women in technology.
