As finance business partner this role functions as an independent member of the leadership team giving support to the team in all aspects of finance, as well as proactive challenge to ensure that business solutions are deliver the results required.• This position is the lead production finance business partner for the market, providing value adding analysis and proactive attitude to help both support and challenge the local director and his management team. • Ensure high quality in the completion of month End Close, preparation of latest estimates and budgeting activities in line with regional guidelines. Collaborate across functions and organizations, namely with the local supply chain controlling team, procurement and local and regional management.• Ensure high quality COGS and variances calculations.• Lead simplification, structuring and transparency of reporting.• Responsible for transparency and follow-up in savings development for initiatives in Production. • Involvement in the development of site strategies.• Lead the annual budgeting process.• Responsible for ensuring structure and rigor behind the development of business cases and investments.• Ensure the correct use of SAP, BW, HFM solutions.
