I grew up in ex-Yugoslavia and moved abroad in 2002. Prior to becoming a coach, as a holder of a Master degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, my corporate career spanned over 20 years in a Telco/IT world in various roles. Used to work in multi-cultural context and after being passed several companies’ mergers, I became easily adaptable to new environments and to the new company assets. I participate proactively and transversally in distributed teams, collaborating with all company levels to arrive together to the win-win solution. Although being keen on winning in very competitive market, I put the human beings and all their resources in the first place. Rather than thinking only about challenges, performances and numbers that change daily, I always insist to firstly see the humans in each of us, concentrating on our strengths. This is what counts at the end. That brought me to continue exploring humanity and developing a strong interest and high sensitivity for diversity, minorities and handicap inclusions. My life experience and passion for peoples’ growth led me to become a coach. I love working with people having different backgrounds, that go for their wildest dreams. Focusing on awareness, authenticity and sustainable life of my clients, we explore together their unique strengths and challenges and work with them to become more effective and more happy; and to bring it to the others. Each of us is a formal or non-formal leader. Growing our leadership skills means to go over fears, broaden the experience, knowing what to accept and what to change, knowing when and how to go out of the confort zone, knowing that the vulnerability means being human, getting comfortable while taking risks to extend our reach. Through coaching, I help people to find their authentic leadership style, become the best version of themselves and stand out from the crowd to do what they’re really good at and to be what they really are. As a coach, I work with emerging leaders and entrepreneurs who want to be more impactful on the things that matter, to align their personal values, to obtain more clarity and add value in their personal lives, their organizations, and their communities. I bring to the table corporate experience, coaching skills, mindfulness and the curiosity to know more about what motivates you. I’m ready to be your accountable partner to push you where you want to arrive, supportive and caring, while at the same time challenging, non-formal and direct, beaming the spotlight to the unknown part of yourself.
