KumppanuusAkatemia project - Improving home care for elderly persons and enhancing informal care through developing multidisciplinary partnership networks. Increasing understanding of client-centered service development and creating a digital platform.My main responsibilities in addition to the overall activities, results and budget: Digital platform project lead, service design, support for service creation, development of the partnership networks, offline and online events.

Business responsible for development of current IT-systems related to servicing of pensioners. Managing the pool of improvement needs and compiling them into suitable development projects within the given yearly budget. Leading the definition of business requirements and supervising their execution. Running different development workshops, using for example LEAN-methodology and Art of Hosting methods.

Global.me brings international interns to run a 2-month global education course in high schools. In fall 2012 the project had 26 schools, ca. 450 students, 23 teacher inters, 20 volunteers, a full-time project manager and 85.000e budget.My role as a president included leading the organization, taking care of employer responsibilities, handling financial statements and reports, and communicating with our financiers.This was a part-time and volunteer position.

Aim of the global.me project was to help young Finns to understand the global world and themselves. This was done by bringing in 12 trainees from all over the world to run a course for high school students of small towns in spring 2007. (www.globalme.org)I was the president of the organisation, and from the working areas I was responsible for coordinating partner co-operation and big events.
