- Responsible for gathering, understanding, and transmitting the businessrequirements for the projects and translating these into requirementspecifications;- Work closely with various development and testing teams to ensurerequirements are well-understood;- Coordinate and monitor implementation plans, project schedules andensure on-time delivery with high quality;- Determining project changes and issues;- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to allproject team members.

As a Project Manager I was working closely in parallel with the development team of the company and the customers to ensure the successful completion of projects on time. While fulfilling my duties I was in charge of monitoring and managing the entire project execution.- Approving the scope of works, the plan and the target cost for each element of the project;- Planning and co-ordinating resources and technical support;- Measuring the performance of the project using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;- Addressing issues and discussing their possible solutions with clients and team members;- Providing regular project reports on the progress of the project;
