Head of the Refinery Coordination group supervising the Crude and the Product analysts.Responsible for the Refinery Supply Optimization interfacing with the Crude and Product Business Centers based in London and Brussels. Development and implementation of the Refinery supply operation plan developing operational guidance for the Refinery to optimize and maximize the site earningsinteracting with the sales time to follow market and demand pattern;Development of the yearly Plan and Budget including production material balance and financial targets;Evaluation of the economic scenarios and business cases for the Projects development.

Head of the Offsite technical group supervising 5 people: Energy Coordinator, Utilities Contact Engineer, Combustion Engineer, OMB & Pipeline contact Engineer and Process Designer Lead. Establishing priorities and managing the resources workload to balance day by day plants optimization and promote projects implementation to improve plants performances.Coordination of a multi-functional team to achieve operating expenses reduction.

Direct reporting to the site mechanical manager, working on improving work-processes and enhance productivityDeployment of long-range planning and scheduling activities for biggest Refinery Maintenance eventslike full site Turn Around; preparation of the Maintenance P&B applying a risk-based approach (Risk-Based Work Selection)Optimization of the tank maintenance activities applying the most updated technology saving time and optimizing costs, this project concerned cleaning and maintenance/mothballing activities of about 50 tanks in less than 3 years directly managing cleaning and maintenance contractors. Continuous networking with all other ExxonMobil Refineries, with monthly global meetings to share ideas and opportunities, including development and implementation of new maintenance technologies/technics (i.e. Rope access, drone and robot inspection)

Plants monitoring and optimization of existing processes (Cogeneration, waste water treatment plant, on-site and off-site boilers, cooling towers), identification of new opportunities and preparation of design specification for new projects and plant changes to mitigate safety and environmental risks and enhance plant profitability.

Maintenance efficiency and productivity improvement, plan and budget development selecting works based on risk assessment and cost/benefit analysis, responsible for turn-around (planned plants maintenance) preparation and logistics management.
