Managing projects related to timeWORX - T&A solution implementation, with responsibility for the complete process:- initial contact and defining client needs- solution proposal- organizing and implementing T&A system- after sales processes- marketing.

Category Manager position responsibilities:- achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company- evaluate and track changes on parquet and laminate markets and competition- work on sales arguments and organize trainings for sales personnel- design promotional activities and provide marketing materials- solve customer claims- make decisions about collections and new products introduction- negotiate and suggest decision about suppliers, according to the Company strategy and policies- make decisions about the stock level- suggest decisions about the price levels according to Company strategy and policies- provide support to Regional Managers on projects- present sales results on a monthly, quarterly and yearly level base and suggest measures for improvement
