• Ensure the successful, on time, within the budget delivery of engineering design and construction supervision works to the Clients. • Work with Regional Managers to win suitable engineering work for the business, and support Regional Managers technically. • Delegation of work and a focusing on productivity, timely delivery and quality. • Controlling engineering programme for various projects across the company. • Maintain competitiveness and high quality project delivery. • Technical expertise evaluation of challenging and non-standard projects. • Identifying the primary task in each team situation and maintaining clear focus to achieving results. Working collaboratively with main consultants and sub consultants alike and help Clients to achieve their goals. • Monitor changing trends and developments, market opportunities, competitive threats and organizational capabilities and developing the optimal strategic responses. • Preparing successful strategic vision and develop long and short term service relationships with prospective clients.

• Supporting project teams on all contractual and commercial issues.• Preparing all claims notices and implementation of a claims management process.• Oversees and reviews the scope of work, specifications and conditions for new contracts, implementing negotiations strategies leading to award of new contracts.• Ask for clarifications where necessary and qualify bid submission to minimize risk to company.• Assist in pre-tender negotiations with prospective Clients/Major EPC Contractor/Sub-contractor.• Ensure that participating Divisions are aware of the requirements and contractual issues.• Monitor contractual correspondence for tenders/projects.• Oversees and conduct on-site visits to projects to examine billings, fiscal data, and eligibility determinations for compliance with the terms and contracts and company Policies. • Investigates and resolves discrepancies, complaints, and disputes by negotiating settlements agreements as per Management’s Directions. • On-clear disputes, delays and claims situations collect all relevant information from the division/sites and formulate and implement strategies for ensuring decisions in company favor. • Formulate contract formats adhering to legal compliance and Company’s interest.• Handles dispute and claim resolution with sub-contractors and Clients.• Handle Litigation process and foster contractual compliance of all internal documents and procedures with international standards (i.e. FIDIC)• Report monthly on outstanding snags, closeouts and all company contractual issues on ‘finished’, ‘in progress’ and ‘under negotiation’ projects. • Assistance with processing invoices.• Assistance with payment to subcontractors and suppliers.• Preparation of final account including claims and variations• Reviewing Tender Designs for new projects and giving Technical evaluation and/or input.• Preparation of alternative technical design

Client’s (Dubai Customs) representative on Three Fishing Harbor project, supervision of marina construction. Monitoring of piling works, dredging, pontoon installation, and finishes. Responsible for the procurement of materials and supplies. Design of revetment on Three Fishing Harbor Project and supervision of the same. Obtaining all necessary NOCs from various authorities. Monitoring revetment rock placing, reclamation &, geotextile installation.

o Responsible for managing multiple major projects (Project Management) in Dubai, UAE, among which The World, Jumeira Gardens, Deira Palm & Grand Central. Coordination between multiple Consultants, Contractors and End Users. Monitoring revetment/breakwater rock placing, reclamation & shaping of the islands, geotextile installation, quay wall construction, soil improvement (mechanical & vibro compaction) & concrete mix design review. o Responsible for managing multiple projects (Project Management) in Dubai, UAE. Projects are consisting of development of ports and fishing harbors which include dredging, reclamation, floating pontoons, quay wall, breakwaters etc. Setting up design criteria & reviewing of design.

o Responsible for managing cluster of 27 buildings in Mega Project of 200 buildings in “Discovery Gardens” Project (Project Management) in Dubai, UAE. Monitoring concrete pouring, plaster installation & finishing works.
