With over 14 years of experience in the chemicals industry, I am a passionate and innovative R&D and Control Manager at Dukat doo, a one of leading manufacturer of cosmetics and household products in Bosnia&Herzegovina. My mission is to ensure the highest quality standards, optimize the production processes, and develop new and improved products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.I have a strong background in chemical engineering, with a Master of Science degree from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu and an exchange program at Universität Dortmund. I have also published a paper on the optimal choice of refrigerating agents for various usages. I have extensive skills in water and wastewater treatment, production planning, AutoCAD and MS Excel, and negotiation. I have successfully led and supported multiple R&D projects, such as creating new formulas, testing new raw materials, and improving the stability and performance of existing products. I have also implemented and maintained the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems in our company.
