● Maintain solid communication and feedback relationship with store manager.● Maintain responsibility for overall financial performance of individual store.● Documented and prepared reports on management and information systems; presented same to manager.● Responsible for achieving individual sales plan and prepares detailed report on audit findings. Drives sales to closure by enthusiastically asking questions and making appropriate product recommendations.● Providing exemplary customer service.● Ensure interior and exterior of store is kept to company standards.● Assist in all store operational tasks (inventory, cash protection and loss prevention, overhead and supply costs, and any other tasks that might be required).● Strengthen the expertise advices of team members to ensure qualitative advices to customers.
