Mirko Paladini, is an executive with in-depth experience in shoe business from production up to marketing. Mirko has started his career with Granucci spa in 1995 where he start make experiences in shoe production technologies.Mirko has strong skill in different areas as industrialization, production, sales and marketing of any kind of shoes .His experience was gained thanks to different business opportunities , where he started from creating and organize complete shoes factory , following all the production steps of the shoes, after that Mirko matured also experiences as sales manager in a companies producing shoe components and materials , finally he decide to use is skills to create his own company producing shoes.(but with a different material "paper")Mirko thanks to his worldwide experience, matured during his business trips, is always try to create new business and looking to innovate systems and strategies.In the tenyears has created along with his partners two innovative companies ; Cartina the first company producing paper shoes, and Ice Vending Italia that produce automatic ice vending machines.Cartina company was sold to an Italian entrepreneur in January 2015 . From january 2017 Mirko following the lounch of a new project related to wooden clogs. Along with his parters create the brand UNALIRA , the real traditional italian wooden clogs . With This new project Mirko aims to revive the wooden handicraf , artisan clogs in to the world fashion market.At side of Clogs production, Mirko and his staff follow different customers as a Shoe consultant, offering his support for made in italy production .
