As Sr. Channel Sales Manager, I am responsible for the set up and growth of different European markets (mainly Switzerland, Spain and Italy) as well as the pricing structure for the EMEA region. Part of my duty is to lead four Sales Representatives that are located in Rotterdam or on site.

As International Sr. Account Manager I was responsible for the business development in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Greece). Due to the crisis in the industry, I was asked to concentrate on one region – compared to my area of responsibility before. With my CRM experience I supported Apacer to maintain and expand their sales in that region despite the crisis.

As International Account Manager, at first I was responsible for running the business in Southern Europe (Italy, Greece and Turkey). Gaining experience and negotiation skills, countries were added to my responsibility (South Africa and Spain) and I was in charge of 3 of the TOP 10 customers

I started to work by Hecc as Customer Relation Support just after 2 month from my arrival in the Netherlands. I was assigned at the entry level line of Pinnacle product for Editing Video. After a year time due to high improvement of my technical skill I was assign at the Professional line. My main duty was support the professional customer during the installation and the configuration of the product. In 2004 I attend the SMAU trade in show in order to present the coming high-segment-Pinnacle product to the visitors.
