Representative for Croatia on the European Blockchain Partnership in the areas of self-sovereign identity and digital diplomas. Through this function I started the initiative for digital diplomas in Croatia and also acted as Product Owner for establishment of the Croatian node of the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) network. The node consists of three virtual machines running Hyperledger BESU and Fabric blockchains with the third VM acting as a data storage and coordinating unit.

Product Owner and Software Architect of the national information system for applications to undergraduate and graduate study programmes in Croatia. I initiated the development of this new system which resulted in an increase in student vertical mobility by 40%. On the project I acted as the database designer, systems architect and later product owner in a team of 5 developers. A REST API was implemented for communication with other national systems such as taxation and citizen eID authentication system (eCitizen).I developed the architecture for the Croatian national platform for digital diplomas and credentials as a part of a project called TRACER. The project is lead by the Croatian Ministry for Science and Education and is being done in cooperation with the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb.I started the Croatian membership in the EMREX network for student record exchange and later started the product development process for of the Croatian National Contact Point on which I was the Systems Architect. The NCP provided students access to digital transcripts of their grades and reduced administrative overhead for higher education institutions by 28%.Architect and Scrum Master on behalf of ASHE in the Croatian consortium formed by the Croatian Ministry of Public Administration and tasked with implementing the eIDAS directive across Croatian eID services. This enabled EU citizens to utilize their existing country eID for access to Croatian education systems.

Lead information systems developer on a web application for the purpose of studying student choices, developed for a research project, Demand for College, College Choice and Information Asymmetry, which ASHE conducted in association with Princeton University, USA. The application was implemented using agile development methodologies.Product Developer and agile director on the Croatian national database for secondary education state level competitions which enabled automated exchange of said records for purposes of enrollment into higher education.Product Developer on internal systems for ASHE which increased productivity by merging multiple communication channels into a single stream. These systems included a CRM for case tracking, linking of phone call recordings with user profiles in the application interface as well as new websites for Central Applications Office (www.studij.hr) and the Agency for Science and Higher Education (www.azvo.hr).
