Designing and planning projects aimed at addressing social, economic and environmental issues (Physically challenged, Awareness) collaboration with the team and stakeholders to develop effective strategies for project implementation. By providing capacity - building support to the organisations' staff and beneficiaries. Work Closely with local communities, government agencies, donors, and other stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and ensure the project's success.

The new journey begins with the SAVE as a "Project Coordination Manager" to coordinate the "Rohingya Documentation Initiative in Bangladesh" project in Rohingya community under the guidance of enthusiastic PILPG team and supervision of SAVE. In a collaborative manner I'm playing my roles to maintain liaisons with the relevant government stakeholders (District,Subdistrict and Camp level), assist existing documenters to recruit new documenters from different camps, Supervise and train the documenters on human rights documentation and fulfil the expectations to extract the positive outcome according to the project goal.Based on the contemporary changing situation of the camps I adopt the suitable strategy to keep the projet on the go by discussing with SAVE & PILPG team.

I was recruited as a consultant of PILPG to continue the "Rohingya Human Rights Documentation initiative in Bangladesh" project. In the transition period I've coordinated with different local organisations (NGO) to assess their capacity to run the Documentation Initiative in Rohingya context, to maintain continuous communication with the trained and potential Rohingya documenters in different camps and liaised with several government stakeholders in camp level, Subdistrict and district with support of whole PILPG team.

The community led project "Capacity-building for Community Truth-telling in Rohingya Communities)" was supported by Global Initiative for Justice Truth & Reconciliation (GIJTR) Consortium. Three partners (#ICSC -Cultural &Memorialization, #PILPG- Human Rights Documentation & #CSVR- PSS support) of this consortium has three interlinked programme with the Rohingya community in Bangladesh. I've paid attention to coordinate all the activities of different partners based on the scenario of the Rohingya community. During this tenure I've build an strong relationship with the fragile and most vulnerable community which helped me to incorporate the project themes in the Rohingya camps as per community expectations. Different civil society organisations members has been explored and expressed their interest to be a part of the community led project which will eventually build their capacity on Human Rights Documentation, PSS and Memorialize their rich Rohingya cultural attributes which they've left behind in Myanmar.In a collaborative manner I've played my roles to maintain liaisons with the relevant government stakeholders (District,Subdistrict and Camp level), assist existing CSO members to explore their expectations from this project in different camps, Supervise and train the documenters on human rights documentation, providing training on PSS and fulfil the expectations to extract the positive outcome based on the project goals.

Fostering and managing the primary health care facilities in cooperation with doctors and health staffs by providing the administrative & logistic support organising the exigent training in collaboration with top management & supporting partner aligning with health authority guidelines of Bangladesh and relevant govt. offices. Along with these roles I performed as a facilitator of health promoter on basic health education and Sexual Reproductive Health for the host and Rohingya community.
