Managing a hotel with a mostly corporate clientele and sports

My responsibilities as a Deputy Director for this 4 star boutique hotel on the French Riviera are the following:
- Restructuring of all hotel 's various services with concrete results and figures
- Setting goals & monitoring their achievement to ensure the hotel's profitability
- Negotiating supplier contracts
- Establishing internal procedures in each department
- communicating with teams & motivating them, especially in periods of high activity
- Completely reorganizing the front office department : Procedure & training
- Managing customer comments and complaints
- Setting up the new bar menu, seminar menu & room service
- Implementation of an environmental policy which resulted in obtaining the Green Key Label
- Meetings with heads of departments to help improve communication between departments
- Managing staff recruitments, also training of new employees, define the positions of duties of each employee

As a sales manager in this hotel chain I have been in charge of:
- The international leisure market: developing a successful business strategy
- Developing the leisure segment pricing policy ( market studies, competition, budget, commercial actions and new products development)
- Managing the customer loyalty and researching for new potential customers
