👉 Request early access to Picoast, your ultimate, personal adulting sidekick 🚀: sendfox.com/picoastaiI am the founder and CEO of Picoast AI, whose mission is to empower young adults and older teens to live confidently and thrive in all areas of life. I have deep expertise in Finance, Strategy, Transformation, and Risk, with experience in private and public settings and a global background. Through my tenure at Picoast AI, PayNearMe, JPMC, McKinsey, I collected a rich set of best practices and built a proven track record solving complex business and organizational problems to grow revenue, reduce expenses, strengthen controls, or improve customer or employee experience. I have served on the board of NY’s largest social services agency (SCO) since 2016. Before founding Picoast AI, I was the CFO at PayNearMe, a growth-stage payments fintech. PayNearMe experienced tremendous growth during my tenure, more than doubling revenue from its electronic payments. As CFO, I oversaw venture equity and debt fundraising, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Operations, and Risk, including fraud, operational, regulatory and reputational risk. Prior to PayNearMe, I was Managing Director and CFO of Business Banking at JPM, leading a function of >150 employees overseeing the financials, analytics, and investment decisions for the high-growth, high-margin division providing deposit, lending, cash management, and payment solutions to US small businesses. At JPM, I was also concurrently the Mortgage FP&A lead and the Mortgage Tech CFO, successfully turning around both functions. I also led a corporate strategy and process improvement team for almost five years, finding >$100mm in value through projects across JPM businesses and functions, such as crafting the firm’s offshoring strategy, designing corporate operations utilities, reducing legal spend, and projects in Risk, Human Resources, Real Estate, and Security. I joined JPM in 2010 as head of Mortgage Strategy. Prior to Chase, I spent five years at McKinsey, where I helped my clients, including global banks, insurers, and asset managers, increase revenue and reduce risk by developing solutions such as distribution channel strategy, business mix optimization to maximize shareholder value, catastrophe risk pricing models, cultural transformation workstreams, and strategy to enter the US market. I hold a MS degree in Aero/Astro from MIT, where I also completed PhD course and exam requirements, and received an MS-equivalent in Mechanical Eng. and a BS-equivalent in Math and Physics from the Ecole Polytechnique (France).
