The broad aims and objectives of the Forum include facilitating constructive debates/discussions/research on issues related to Kashmir's economy, society, governance, environment, and development - based on which the Forum recommendations evolve from time to time. The Forum also works towards implementation of those recommendation.

Deployed in 15 education, including 2 engineering colleges, 6 postgraduate colleges.
