I was taking a leading role in major projects to ensure the project is delivered against a tight time schedule. I was tasked with contributing to the development of the learning content which is delivered over the web and in print.I liaised with academic authors to published professional learning content, via XML, in variety of formats.I was also responsible for the management and production of learning materials and ensuring that the authoring style guidelines are athered to as well as non-development duties to support the day to day operation of the Unit.I identified and seek copyright clearance on any passages which are to be used.

I was part of the Management team of the food and beverage operation at Apex International Hotel. I assisted with marketing project for Apex whenever possible and have been asked to promote Heights Restaurant on social media websites. Part of my role was to increase sales for the hotel, which required building strong customer relationships. My role involved administrative work including stock management, workforce planning and accounting.
