My client was a multinational electrical and telecommunications retailer based in London, UK. Designed a hybrid app (tablets and desktop), used by 20k+ sales consultants in-stores. Led the efforts on user research and synthesizing information. Wireframed and prototyped the app.

My client was the largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy services in the United States. Understood the complex healthcare cycle, which specialty pharmacies operate through. Crafted the Patient & Prescriber user portals from scratch (web + mobile). Using different UX methods including personas, user flows, diagrams, wireframing, prototyping & usability testing.

While part of this award-winning digital agency I created the user experience and vision for multiple client projects across UK. Our products were mostly web and mobile apps. My role covered goal setting, research, wireframing, designing and usability testing the products. Worked with a team of managers, visual designers, animators and developers. As the lead designer in this London-funded startup, I was responsible for the complete vision for the web app. I provided project managers, developers and quality assurance with design assets, such as diagrams, wireframes, user flows and visual designs. Successfully shipped the MVP product. As a partner, I was helping to secure future funding and scaling the team by interviewing, managing and leading new talent.

During my time with this agency I was responsible for the design of websites, landing pages and web banners for the construction and pharmaceutical industries. We started with print and marketing materials, but with my guidance as a web expert, we managed to pivot the business into digital. Most notable clients: Grohe, Baumit, Wienerberger, Valeant.
