CurrentSecond person in charge of the overall branch.Ensure entire banking center is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.Retain and grow customer base by offering relationship banking.Perform general ledgers reconcilement and bank controlled accounts balancing.Responsible for solving queries and problems of the staff and clients.Coach and develop the team to attain set goals, evaluate employees’ performance and process employees’ timecards.Review, evaluate and process exception item transactions; returns, non-posts, and questionable documents avoiding fraud.
