As head of integration, I’m responsible for building multidisciplinary products developed in our company; therefore, I am constantly interacting with the R&D department in order to ensure the best integration results starting from the very beginning of planning through the mass production phase.Additionally, I regularly work with project managers as well as procurement and operations managers. And beyond product development, I travel around the world, when necessary, to conduct training sessions for the company's private and commercial customers. My goal in these meetings is to provide the customers' technicians with comprehensive instruction so they can independently maintain and operate the robot themselves.

Before I moved into my present workplace as Head of integration, I worked as a technical integrator and was rapidly promoted to the role of assembly line manager in which I was responsible for 17 talented workers. Working in a multinational manufacturing company was an interesting challenge, providing me with the opportunity to specialize in electronics manufacturing for global product providers.In that position, I continued to develop my professional skills, improving my integration abilities and understanding product structures from different costumers. Additionally, I took care of my employee’s day to day, provide training sessions, building personal grow plans and motivating them to be the best team in the company.

My first employment was at Or Mechanics, this position opened my eyes to the world of fabrication and product building which was a match made in heaven. I’ve enjoyed the challenges of fabricating complex components to meet the engineering requirements of the product.In this position I’ve learned how to manufacture parts using conventional and computerized machining processes. Additionally, understanding many fabrication technologies, materials and engineering requirements and limitations.
