About Mironda Ross

I bring over 20 years of experience helping my clients transform their organizations and connect value and human capital within the context of a transaction -- acquisition, divestiture, carveouts, etc. I have broad expertise encompassing HR, culture, change management, communications, talent management & retention, and leadership alignment across both private equity and corporate clients and the industrial products & services, Energy, and Power and Utilities industries. My reputation, however, is based on my ability to equip and empower my teams with the right tools and techniques that liberate existing organizational intelligence, insight, wisdom and talent. As a change champion, I believe in the thought shared by Dr. Travis Bradberry: “Managers light a fire under people. Leaders light a fire in people.” Leading by example is the surest way to building trusting relationships and creating a picture of what's possible. The greatness of a community is proportional to the compassionate actions of its members. As a servant leader, I've dedicated the last 20 years of my career to helping underserved and underrepresented communities. An opportunity to serve people that look like me (Black, women, and youth) is a non-negotiable. Guided by passion, resilience, and commitment, I gain immense satisfaction in standing in the gap of opportunity and hard work, connecting the dots for other community members.
